    2. The Chickasha Police Department is currently providing a bicycle registration program in an attempt to help citizens recover their bicycle in the event that it is stolen. Complete the following form to registered your bicycle.

      All blanks must be completed. In the event that you do not have the required information enter N/A in the space. Please check you information before submitting it. The more information that is provided the better chance you will have to recover your bicycle if it is stolen.

      Please remember to update your information in the event that you sell your bicycle or if any of your contact information changes.
