The Industrial Pretreatment Advisory Board is comprised of seven (7) members appointed by the City Council. The board hears cases for potential escalated enforcement action referred by the City Pretreatment staff per the Enforcement Response Plan and to act as a hearing board for appeals of administrative fines.

The Board meets as needed.
