The attached information is provided to the public uner  provisions of the Oklahoma State Statute, Title 57 - Section 584, Sex Offender Registration.

The act requires the Chickasha Police Department to notify anyone we determine appropriate, including, but not limited to, the family of the sex offender, any prior victim or the sex offender, and the residential neighbors, and churches, community parks, schools, convenience stores, businesses, and other places that childeren or other potential victims may frequent.
