The Historic Preservation Commission consists of five (5) members, with one (1) City staff member, and four (4) citizens appointed by the Mayor with the approval of the City Council, with one (1) ex-officio member which is appointed by the Historic Preservation Board.

The Board prepares inventories and plans related to the historic properties within the City of Chickasha and makes recommendations to the City Council on issues related to the administration of the rules and regulations.

Each member shall serve a three (3) year term.

This board meets as needed.
