The Committee consists of a five (5) member board, which is appointed by the Mayor with approval of the City Council.

The purpose of this committee is to advise the City Council on the proposed utilization of the 1/4 cent dedicated sales tax collection.

Each term shall be for three (3) years.  The Mayor, City Manager and City Attorney shall serve as Ex-officio members of the committee.

Committee Member Qualifications:

• Ability to read and understand a business plan.
• Ability to analyze and make judgments to financial data.
• Free of any conflict of interest.
• Ability to make fair and objective decisions.
• Individual members must reside within the city limits.
