The REGULAR meeting of the CHICKASHA MUNICIPAL AUTHORITY COUNCIL was held in the council chambers in City Hall on the 20th day of July, 1998, as specified by advance public notice with a properly prepared agenda stating the subject matter or matters to be discussed at said meeting. Said notice and agenda are kept in the office of the City Clerk, Chickasha, Oklahoma. The Chairman called the meeting to order at 7:55 p.m.

The State of Oklahoma Department of Environmental Quality has issued Permit No. WL000026980467 for the construction of 513 L.F. of six (6) inch water line and appurtenances to serve the University Park Addition, Chickasha, Grady County, Oklahoma.
A requirement of issuance of the permit is for the City to acknowledge receipt of the permit and note as a permanent record in the minutes.
