The Building Code Board of Appeals consists of five (5) members , which are appointed by the Mayor with approval of the City Council.

The board hears appeals of orders, decisions or determinations made by building officials relative to the application and interpretation of the International Building Code.

All terms shall be appointed for a three (3) year term.  The members of the board are required to be licensed in specific building trades.

The board meets as needed on the second Tuesday of the month at 4:00 p.m. at City Hall.
