The Citizens Action Center is a communications system devised to enable residents to report, and have handled by the appropriate city departments, their problems and concerns in a more efficient and speedy way.

Calls generally reported involve safety issues such as pot holes, traffic signals and street lights, but also address neighborhood problems such as weeds, trash, speeding, dismantled or inoperable vehicles and improperly parked trailers and recreational vehicles.

All inquiries from the public are treated confidentially and are dispensed without the citizens name appearing on the Action request. Inquiries and general comments about the operations of the city are welcomed and appreciated.
