The Chickasha Industrial Authority is a public trust created to promote and encourage the general economic and social development within the City of Chickasha. The trust is governed by a five-member board consisting of the Mayor, two City Council members, and two other persons appointed by the City Council.

Each term shall be designated by the Mayor.

This authority meets as needed.
